Uh-Oh

After seeing Jack Black in costume and hearing him read lines in the role of Carl Denham for the upcoming King Kong, I'm more than a little worried. I've been concerned that Jack Black wouldn't be able to pull of this kind of dramatic character since his casting was announced, but I had absolute faith in Peter Jackson. But, in the clip, he doesn't look and sound right at all. It's probably not his fault; it's probably just because every time I see Jack Black's face I'll be thinking 'funny' instead of 'dramatic.' But so will millions of other people. Hopefully Jackson & company will be able to pull it off, I really want this film to be awesome.
