Fight Club = Calvin and Hobbes

I just stumbled across this article at Metaphilm, which describes how Fight Club may have drawn much of its inspiration from Calvin & Hobbes! I don't really believe Fight Club drew much inspiration from Calvin and Hobbes - most comparative elements are likely coincidences. And it's not like any of those elements were unique to Calvin & Hobbes, either. But, it's a very interesting and entertaining read, so give it a try, why don't you?
