This is just great. I love it. First, Mark Millar told us all that a reliable source has informed him that Jim Caviezel will play Superman in Bryan Singer's upcoming superhero flick. Later, Harry Knowles of AICN claimed that he had a reliable source telling him Caviesel would not be playing Superman. Mark Millar quickly reaffirmed his confidence by committing to give $1000 to a specific charity if Caviesel wasn't cast as Superman on the first day of principal photography. Harry Knowles, just as convinced of his source, accepted the bet and pledged $1000 to another specific charity if Caviesel was cast as Superman on the first day of shooting. Rumor wars simply don't get any better than this, folks.
