I'm sure there is tons of great music you've never heard of that I listen to, and vice-versa. But here are some great bands that I'm virtually positive you've never heard of:

Torben Floor - Beautiful, smart, acoustic rock. Think small-scale Coldplay.
Radium88 - Widely varied electronic music with gorgeous musical passages.
Rocket City Riot - High-energy rock. AC/DC done faster and with better vocals.
Lisa Debendictis - Ethereal, shimmering rock with as much attention to sound texture as melody.
NESkimos - Classic video game tunes done Hard Rock.
Guitarboy - Blues-rock guitar virtuoso.
Peter Pringle - Famous tunes played with a theremin. Yeah, a theremin. Good for a laugh, anyway.
